Welcome to Turnkey Moments, a service of Total Momentum Ventures & Consulting (TMVC). By accessing our website, making a reservation, entering our property, or utilizing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

By using this website or reserving any Turnkey Moments experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any applicable Guest Guide & Booking Policies.
2. Reservations & Services
Reservation requests are subject to availability and confirmation.
Turnkey Moments reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel reservations when necessary to protect guests, property, or business operations.
3. Payments
Payments must be made using approved payment methods.
Prices, fees, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice unless already confirmed.
4. Intellectual Property
All branding, names, logos, photographs, written content, graphics, concepts, and original materials associated with Turnkey Moments and Total Momentum Ventures & Consulting remain the exclusive property of TMVC.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Guests agree not to intentionally reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit proprietary concepts, business methods, operational systems, or confidential information learned through their interaction with Turnkey Moments or TMVC.
6. Assumption of Risk
Guests voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with visiting the property, utilizing amenities, participating in optional activities, or using equipment provided by Turnkey Moments.
7. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Momentum Ventures & Consulting, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, theft, delays, interruptions, or other claims arising from the use of the property or services, except where prohibited by law.
8. Guest Conduct
Guests agree to conduct themselves respectfully, comply with applicable laws, and follow all posted instructions and property rules.
TMVC reserves the right to terminate services or remove guests who engage in unsafe, illegal, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
9. Property Damage
Guests accept financial responsibility for damage caused beyond normal wear and tear during their reservation.
10. No Medical or Therapeutic Services
Turnkey Moments provides thoughtfully designed environments intended for comfort, rest, productivity, and experience.
Nothing provided by Turnkey Moments constitutes medical, psychological, therapeutic, or mental health treatment.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Website Use
Users agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Florida.
